This was a beautiful heart-warming story of Aubrey, a young woman who goes on a bucket list type trip. The difference is this bucket list should have been taken by her beloved aunt Ally, who sadly passed away.

Ally leaves Aubrey the means to travel around the world & to gain her independence back, after she gave up going to college to help care for her aunt.

Arrangements are made for Aubrey to travel with a companion. Enter Adam, he is a seasoned traveller & photographer.  

After a sticky start, where Adam is very over protective & tries to tell Aubrey what to do, they fall into a natural rhythm.  With the backdrop of exotic locations, they learn to trust each other & open up enough to eventually fall in love.

Carey Heywood, has given us a really beautiful story. One that shows us how people grieve & Aubrey’s overall journey, I found the way she says goodbye to her aunt very touching.

A really lovely story.
